As Murtha points out, a veto means that Bush doesn’t get the continued funding for the war. In that event, a cry to impeach him will go up from the increasingly powerful antiwar Left.

Big time constitutional problem ahead. There is no doubt that the dhimmis have enough votes in both houses to pass this piece of legislative garbage, and there is no filibuster allowed on an appropriations bill.
I expect 'W' signs the bill; ignores the speakerette/murthar/chuckie/harry language; and goes to SCOTUS for protection of his constitutional perogatives
